There are two ways to collaborate in LeadHootz.
Workspace teammates (Settings → Team) can run Find Leads, enrichment, campaigns, and Unibox with you. Use this for people who operate the product every day.
Private share links are for clients and stakeholders. From a lead list, create a research view with optional password, expiry, and export control. They browse the list in the browser — no app login required.
Agencies use share links so clients can review names before outreach starts, then keep the sending and Unibox work inside the workspace.
