Email steps in campaigns only send when a real mailbox is connected. Open Connectors and add Gmail or Outlook.

LeadHootz sends from your mailbox — not a shared blast address — so deliverability stays personal. Replies come back to Unibox, where the agent can stop the sequence on reply.
If the popup never appears
Gmail and Outlook sign-in use a popup. Allow pop-ups for app.leadhootz.com, then try Connect again. After it succeeds, pick that mailbox as Send from on the campaign schedule step.
