Create your workspace, set timezone, and teach LeadHootz who you are.

After you sign in at app.leadhootz.com, open Settings. Your profile is the source of truth for how outreach is scheduled and how the agent talks about you.
What to complete first
- Add your name, title, photo, and company. Campaigns and Unibox signatures pull from this.
- Set your account timezone. Daily send caps reset at midnight in this zone, and new campaigns inherit it. You can still override timezone per campaign.
- Open Company settings and run website analysis so playbooks, sequences, and AI Chat sound like your brand — not a generic template.
If timezone is empty, LeadHootz can capture it from your browser on first login. You can always change it later.
When the workspace is ready, invite teammates from Settings → Team so they share lists, campaigns, and Unibox without extra seats on share links.
