Every campaign has a timezone and allowed days/hours. If a step would send outside the window, LeadHootz holds it and snaps ScheduledSendDate to the next allowed slot.
New campaigns inherit your account timezone from Settings. Override per campaign when a client or region needs different hours.
Daily caps are counted in the account timezone, not UTC. That means a London team does not “lose” a day’s sending because UTC rolled over at midnight.
LeadHootz does not try to send in the prospect’s local morning. Windows are yours to set, then the scheduler respects them.
