Gmail and Outlook are the default senders. They keep mail personal and replies in Unibox. Daily provider caps still apply — that is why campaign caps exist.
Twilio SendGrid is for volume. Create a SendGrid account, verify the sending domain (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), generate an API key, and connect it in Connectors. Then choose that sender on campaigns.
Most teams start on Gmail/Outlook, then add SendGrid when they outgrow inbox limits.
