Checklist: Is Your Team Ready for AI Outreach?

A readiness guide for founders, sales leads, and ops evaluating send windows, connectors, GDPR, credits, and who owns Unibox when the agent starts working.

Autonomous outreach fails when the workspace is half-set-up. Use this checklist before you let LeadHootz send on your domain.

Workspace

  • Profile, photo, and company are complete so signatures and icebreakers sound like you.
  • Account timezone is set. Daily caps reset at midnight in this zone; new campaigns inherit it.
  • Website analysis has run so copy is on-brand, not a generic template.

Connectors

  • Gmail or Outlook is connected and selected as send-from.
  • LinkedIn is connected if you plan invites or DMs.
  • Twilio SendGrid is only added after SPF, DKIM, and DMARC on the sending domain.

Guardrails

  • Daily send caps match what a human could send from that mailbox.
  • Day-of-week windows match working hours in the account timezone.
  • Stop-on-reply is on. Unibox is where humans take over.

Data and compliance

  • You know the lawful basis for outreach. See GDPR and lawful basis.
  • Credit usage is visible under Settings → Credits. Enrichment bills only on a match.
  • A teammate owns Live Activity so failed sends are not silent.

When every box is ticked, launch from a small list first. University’s Quick Start walks the same path in the product.
