You must provide either the GeoUrn code, for e.g. 102257491 or a string, for e.g. "Liverpool, England, United Kingdom".
When you execute an API request in the case of pass a GeoUrn, you will receive a single location response.
If you pass in a location string, for e.g. "Liverpool" without, additional information, e.g. "England, United Kingdom" we may return several locations. This is because there may be several cities in the world called "Liverpool" and since we don't know which region, you have in mind we will return the top 7 we can find..
